During the 15 years of dedicated work we have tried to modernize our serigraphic imprinting device as well as the fixing apparatus. At he beginning we used manual devices, after that we acquired semi-automatic carusel type machines. Along with the development of professional properties we have also modernized the technique managing the automation of it. With these devices we can achieve printings up to six colors on a drawing just like on the semi-automatic machines although the productivity is much better. On the other hand the semi-automatic machines allow the imprinting on finished products.

 

 

   

     For the imprinting we use intermediary flash type dryers which allow printing with more colors of high quality.

 

 

 

    After printing the most important thing is to fix it on the material in order to resist against the chemical and mechanical agents encountered during usage and wash. This is realized with the help of some catalysers but also with thermal presses and drying tunnels. These allow us the fixing of imprints within a short time on a high temperature without deteriorating the textile material.

 

 

    A very important thing in realizing an imprint is the ink and the auxiliary materials used under the procces. We only use products which correspond to EU standards in every point of view, all of them being imported from countries like Switzerland, Germany and England.
